Some poorly optimized shadows, among other things

Features
- Adds shadows into the game
    - They affect performance/framerate quite a lot due to current engine limitations
- Adds the ability to toggle shadows in the options menu
- Adds a reward for completing the floor in under 2:30 by increasing item drop rate for 60 seconds
    - Indicated by the game info at the bottom turning yellow
- Adds the following item:
    - Speed Boost: Increases the Player's movement speed slightly
- Randomizing guns now affects it stats like ammo count and damage. Some guns are semi-automatic
- Randomizing guns now throws the new gun in front of the Player, can be equipped by pressing 'E' on it
    - This is to test out randomizing guns stats to look at balancing
    - Eventually, guns will be found around the dungeon
- Added a UI panel for Gun Stats
    - Can be toggled with TAB

Tweaks
- Melee enemies swing earlier to compensate for the Player's speed
- Removed the accuracy penalty for moving
- Decreases the avg recoil amount
- Changes the way the crosshair expands/collapses
- Changes passive healing from 1 hp -> 3.5% of total health
- Changes healing between floors from 20 hp -> 20% total health
- Matches damage now scales more quickly
- Poison damage now scales more slowly (was growing exponentially)
- Fairies' speed now scales with Player speed
- Adds a small particle effect to dropped items
- Refactored the gun generation system to be more efficient

Bug Fixes
- Fixes a bug where the objective text could sometimes write over itself
- Fixes a bug where reloading while randomizing the gun would stick the mag in the Player's head
- Fixes a bug where the recoil amount was being decreased passed zero, then being set to zero
    - Saves a whole 4 bytes of memory
